  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. Raffle

    BC Gaming Event Licence #160751

    1 for $10.00; 1000 tickets
    3 for $25.00; 699 tickets

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: April 17, 2025 at 7:00:00 p.m. PDT

    Draw
    Main Lottery draw: April 17, 2025 at 8:00:00 p.m. PDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at Hunter Gather, 101-4368 Main St, Whistler, BC V0N 1B4

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://zeroceiling.rafflenexus.com/winners on April 17, 2025.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Zero Ceiling.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Zero Ceiling or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Zero Ceiling does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@zeroceiling.org. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Delay in Draw

    Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

  8. 8. Other

    Please email our team at info@zeroceiling.org should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

Zero Ceiling empowers youth by connecting them with home, community, and the land. We break down barriers so they can carve out their space in the world. Our vision is to create a society where all youth have the caring support, opportunities, and resources they need to thrive.

This raffle will specifically support our outdoor programming. Buying a ticket helps provide outdoor recreation to youth who are too often excluded from these opportunities. This winter alone, we’ve empowered over 200 youth to get outside, and we’re on track to empower another 200+ this summer!
